System serves production of long rails up to 180 m length, which are joined from partial lengths by flash butt welding.

The rails are put on in packages of four and singled before going through the different processing steps. The manufactured rails can be loaded by crane directly on special wagons.

The electric motors (over 100 pieces) are provided peripheral and controlled via CAN-Bus. Communication of the five single controls is effected by a superordinate PLC.
