Production line for steel beams consisting of circular saw, Heinzemann drilling system KH1500HII and Heinzemann conveyor system. The system was expanded by a combined drilling and burning machine KH1500HIIB in order to manufacture head and base plates.

The connection between sawing line, working height 1100 mm, and the drill line, working height 800 mm, was carried out by a special type of lift and carry system. Other conveyor systems are realised as chain conveyor. Here the profiles are pulled by special cams over plastic rails assembled on the tracks.

In roller conveyor hydraulic liftable laths coated with plastic are mounted above roller conveyor level in order to protect the rolls and reduce the noise.
